International Business Planning Coordinator
Qualifications
[Required (MUST)]
・Experience in overseas sales
・Passion for cosmetics and relevant knowledge
・Business-level to native-level proficiency in Chinese: Able to handle business negotiations and chats without issues

[Preferred (WANT)]
・Business-level proficiency in English is a plus
Job Responsibilities
We established our subsidiaries in China and Singapore a year and a half ago. Since then, we have expanded our international presence to offline stores in over 10 countries, including North America and across Asia. As a result, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of international projects.
Working Hours
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (8 hours of actual work)
Break: 60 minutes
Overtime: Required
Fixed overtime allowance includes 30 hours/month

Work Style
Average monthly overtime is around 20 hours. Daily overtime is capped at 2 hours, and any additional overtime requires prior approval with a valid reason.
We do not encourage long working hours. Instead, we focus on achieving high performance within a limited time and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency together.

・Bonus: Twice a year (June and December), subject to company performance
・Allowances:
 ・Commuting allowance (provided in accordance with company policy)
 ・Overtime allowance (additional pay for hours exceeding fixed overtime quota)
